help ! status bar frozen! --word 2007

The page number, line number frozen and never change. All the add-ins have
been inactived and the status bar only work when Word in a safe mode. It is
so inconvenient, please help me! Thanks a lot.

My first suspicion is a missing or corrupt printer driver. Make sure you
have the latest printer driver applicable to your OS and printer, then
delete and reinstall the printer setting it as the Windows Default.
