Help, Stuff no longer visible as I move it

It used to be, in the happy time with Visio, that objects were visible as I
moved them with my mouse. Now when I select an object there is only a box
around it as I move it. Is there any way I can be happy again? Did I do
something bad? Is it windows XP, or Visio? both? Visio Standard 2003
(11.8223.8221) SP3. Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2.

If that doesn't help, then, is it just a particular file, or is this a
problem with all of your Visio files? Did anything change on your system
about the time this problem showed up?
