Help - SUM not working

Hi,
I'm having trouble with my SUM function. For some reason,
it will not add the column of numbers.. it ends up in
zero. I've tried just about everything .. changed the
format... copied and pasted as values... nothing works.
What is wrong?????

Do other numeric formulas work? If not, maybe your 'numbers' are not
numbers!!

Copy an empty, unused cell. select you range of 'numbers' and then Edit /
Paste Special / Add
This will make your numbers into numbers!!
