I recently performed a clean install of XP Pro and Outlook 2003 SP2 with BCM
SP3. Prior to that I never had a problem with Outlook or BCM. Now when I
try to open a contact, I get the following message "The form required to view
this message cannot be displayed. Contact your Administrator" When double
clicking on an existing contact, I get the following message "The custom form
could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. The form
required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator" When I click okay, I get another message that says "Array
index out of bounds" and then the contact file is displayed.
I have cleared the cache but in a day or two, I get the same error. Any
suggestions on how to resolve issue without continually clearing cache?
Thanks
