Help!!!! There seems to be no one to help

I have been writing on Microsoft word for a good number of
years and I have had it. I have a certain document written
in a perticular font called Arial Narrow, adn all of a
sudden Microsoft word has taken away the font and has the
whole document written in arial. I have tried reinstalling
and Arial Narrow is shown on the sreen when I have to
write but it writes in Arial and when I check my fonts
list on word arial narrow is not on the list and when I go
to the control panel into the fonts, it shows I have arial
narrow, but word doesn't except it. I have tried all kinds
of methods and nothing. I am in need of help from
microsoft and can't get online help I have my son-in-law
and granddaughter helping and nothing is working. Please,
if you can assist in this matter please do so, this
microsoft is really a bother.

Hi Anna,

What version of Word are you using? What printer is set as your
default printer?
