Help This is driving me crazy

Excel Error

A document with the same name "anything xls" is already
open. You cannot open two documents with the sane name,
even if the documents are in different folders. To open
the second document, either close the document thats
already open, or re name one of the documents.

Now I done all of this, but nothing works. If I hit
cancel then the dialog box goes away. The problem is , I
don't have two docs open. So why does excel think I do???

Have you looked in your task list to see if maybe excel is
running but it's not in your processes list?
