I use Tasks and the To-Do Bar extensively. Recently I was entering a new task
in my To-Do Bar, and when I entered it, it created a duplicate task. Let me
be clear, this is not a synch issue with another device. It only happens with
the To-Do Bar. I can enter a Task from the Task Bar and no duplicates are
made. This happens only when I create a new task in the To-Bar. When I
delete one of the duplicate entries it deletes both duplicates, so they
appear to be connected. I don't have a problem with duplicates anywhere else
within Outlook. I have searched forums and support platforms extensively and
I can not find any topics or threads on this issue. I also ran a Scan PST to
check for file errors and it does not fix the problem. I've looked at every
setting I know of and I can't find any problems. If anyone has the answer to
this riddle you are a genius. Thanks in advance for your help.
