Help to syncronize my Treo 650 with Outlook 2007!!!!!!

Can somebody help me how to syncronize my Treo 650 with Outlook 2007. I
downloded a software fro Treo website but only syscronizes with Palm Desktop
and I just want to use Outlook 2007 for all my activities. One more thing: I
am using Windows Vista.
