Help Topics Missing

When I click on Outlook 2003 Help, the BCM Tours and Quick Start Guide items
are missing. BCM appears to be installed (the database is there, and the bcm
folder is available) but I cannot figure out how to use this program. How
can I get these topics to show up in Outlook help? Thanks.
