I need help to transfer a large spreadsheet from Lotus 123
to Excel

Details help. If your main concern is macros and scripts, no good there's
no conversion tool that translates either into VBA (or XLM), so you'll have to
rewrite them yourself. If your concern is formulas working across 3D ranges,
there are many work-arounds, but they differ depending on particulars.

To repeat: provide details, or all we can offer are vague generalities.
