Hi,

Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

I have a template with 'Fill-In' fields located within tables. I need to edit
the fields as follows; a) alter prompts, and b) delete certain fields.

Word help advises to; a) Unlock Template, b) Double click on field/s, and c)
edit...

Problem being is that I cannot see the fields and when I click into the
relevant table cell, nothing opens up to edit.

Please help :)

Press Alt+F9 to show the field codes. Change the prompt text (and make
any other changes). To delete a FILLIN field, just select it and press
the Delete key. Press Alt+F9 again to hide field codes.
