Hi, all Visio developers,
I really hope that you can help me in this forum.
I am working on a Visio file (Visio 2003 professional, English) in almost 1
year.
This is a file about 6 Mb which I have worked on more than hundred hours,
maybe thousands!!
I have now a huge problem! The problem is that I can simply not open the
file any more!! When I try to open that I just get the message:
--------
“An error (1) occurred during the action Open File. Unexpected end of file.â€
--------
In the map that I have saved in the file, I also see that the temporary file
(~$$“SameNameâ€.~vsd) is yet rest!
And when I mark my Visio file, my Windows XP also shows a thumb picture of
the files content in “details-panel†in the left side but I can yet not open
that.
It has just ended to work by itself!!
I really don’t know what I should do now. Can someone here help me to debug
the file, open that, save it under a new name and send it tom me.
PLEASE!! HELP ME and advise me how I can open/recover this file . . . .
Many thanks!
Best regards,
Baranoush
