help uninstall office xp

hello

I am having trouble uninstalling office xp after I did a restore. now when I
try to uninstall office the dialog box reads "the feature you are trying to
use is on a network source that is unavailable, click ok to try again or
enter a path to folder containing installation package '511691.VSDEBUGop.msp'
in the box below.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

PS It reads the same if I try to install
