Help: upload form doesn't work

I'm using Frontpage 2003.

I'm trying to set up some file upload forms to allow visitors to upload
files. I've set up subwebs and put an upload folder in each subweb, then
created an upload-file form that points to the appropriate upload folder.

The instructions I have say to right-click on the upload folder and set its
properties to disallow script execution and turn on upload permission. But
these options are all grayed out. I'm not sure why or how to fix it.

You have to be online with the server when you do that...and the host has to
allow you to set permissions.

This must be set up on the live/remote site, and only if the host allows the
upload feature. Open your live site in FP and see if the permissions are
available for you. If not, you'll need to contact your host about the
issue.

The file upload component also has to be enabled by the host.

The live/remote site must be hosted on a Windows IIS web server running the FP2002 extensions.
