Help! Uploading Publisher Website - home page only displayed!

I have just produced a 4 page website using Publisher 2007. I have published
it to the web using an FTP and when you type in my url address
www.premierboatcare.co.uk it only displays the homepage. If you click on the
links to other pages they don't work and come up with an error message.

Please can anybody shed some light on where I have gone wrong???

My guess is you did not upload all the files or folders to the site,
specifically the index_files folder.
