HELP VBA 1004 MISSING IN OFFICE 2003

I use Windows XP and Office 2003 installed (complete installation) on a
reinitialized C hard disk ( so there is no trace of Office XP on the C disk,
there are .doc or .xls files on the D disk).

After reboot, with Word and Excel I get a missing component failure and the
program reinstals it, I have no problem after that till I shutdown the PC.

After exploration, I think to come across an initialization failure of VBA
1004.

How can I solve this annoying bug or feature and have no initialization
failure.
