HELP!! VIRUS??

Can anybody give more information about this:
Everyday I get notices in my inbox (outlook express) telling me that the "message I sent could not be delivered to the address :.... The address is then a sort of combination of letters as if compopsed at random such as "(e-mail address removed) "
or " (e-mail address removed) " or whatever combination that doesn't probably exist. Sometimes I even get answers from correspondants telling me that the message I sent them contained a virus, although I never sent anything to anybody!!!
I have Norton Antivrus running constantly and updated regurlaly and even after a full scan no virus whatever is detected on my system.
How is that to be helped?

Someone else has a virus and it's spoofing your From address. Just delete
these notices.
