Help w/Outlook Express & Outlook 2003

Finally moved into the 21st century with DSL. Service has a lousy email
system. Had Express on computer and installed Outlook 2003. Email keeps
coming to Express. Have gone through 'Control Panel' and various other
'Tools' selections but can't seem to find where the problem is. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

Assuming outlook is set up & the accounts working you have to either stop
using OE, remove its mail accounts or set it not to check for mail.

I cannot receive mail through Outlook. It only comes through Express.

With OE closed you have used the test accounts option in OL, with what
result ie "exact" err msg, if any?

None.
Find outgoing SMTP- completed
Find incoming pop3 - completed
Logon to incoming pop3
Send test email- completed.
Test email then goes to Express.

Thats because you have or are opening OE
Do NOT open OE
In outlook Tools>Options>Mail Setup tab tick send immediately...
Send/Receive Btn tick Schedule an automatic..... 10 mins
