Help -- weird error!

[hElP!!!]

When I open a Word document, the following message appears: "The file *** is
not available." It then proceeds to open just MSWord, not the actual file.
Then, when closing Word, it asks me whether I would like to save the Normal
Template. If I click "no," it shows a "save" window anyways. I then click
cancel, and try and close Word again. It asks me the same thing, I say "no,"
and finally Word closes. How do I solve this problem?

Disable the Office Plugin under Norton Anti Virus.

Search for a file called normal.dot, rename it to
normal.old

As for the error you are getting, the file is not
available, do you have Norton installed? If so, pelase
search for a file called officeav.dll and rename that to
officeav.old

that should do the trick
post back if it does not work!
