Help window appears frequently

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I'm not sure what I'm doing but I keep getting the help window opening up (only in Entourage, not other Office apps.) How do I make it only available when I click the Help option?

I do the same thing. Have no clue what I'm hitting to bring it up. Drives me
nuts. I chalked it up to my crooked fingers.

Command + ? is the common keyboard command for opening Help. Could
either of you be hitting that by accident?

Thanks for the suggestion but that's certainly not the case for me

Command + ? is the common keyboard command for opening Help. Could
either of you be hitting that by accident?

I don't think so. It happens at least once a day, but since it's accidental,
you don't know exactly what happened. Generally when you type a command like
Command-?, you wait for the action. This is happening while I'm typing in a
message so I'm not sure what keystroke is causing this to happen.
