Help window is blank....why?!!

Hi folks,
Since installing Office XP Developer Edition the usual
Help Window comes up blank!!! I don't want to use the
Office Assistant as it's just so naff (sorry!) and I'm
used to being able to put in keywords to search through
the help index etc...
If I click on Help in Access (for example), all I get is
a window with help on Help (if you see what I mean!) and
behind it is a blank Microsoft Access Help
window...aarrgghhh!!
I've obviously done something daft but can you give me a
clue?
PS: I've looked through my firewall (ZoneAlarm) in case
it was blocking Microsoft Help from accessing the
internet but it isn't.
Thanks!
Lee

Thanks Mary but the utility checked my registry and said
it didn't need repairing. The general Windows Help and
Support works fine it's just the Office XP Help that's
gone AWOL!
Any other idea?

Lee

Further to my reply, I've now done a complete re-install
of Office XP and all is now fixed.
Thanks anyway!

Hi Lee,

Have you checked whether the following applies?

319956 The Answer Wizard and the Help Index tabs appear blank when you use
Help
