Help with 2 problems please!!!

I've been experiencing two problems lately with Entourage:

1) people do not receive my emails although I send them and they do
not bounce back to me. The email addresses of the recepients are
corrects it's just that sometimes, randomly it seems, these emails get
lost... in space! Any help?

2) In consequence of the problem # 1 I've been trying to set up an
automated response (you can do that in Outlook, when the recipient of
your email opens the message, the sender automatically receives an
email confirming the "delivery" of the message) does anyone know how
to do that in Entourage? I can't seem to find the way!

- Is there a way in Entourage to block the incoming emails of specific
senders? (like from junk mail senders or people you don't want to
receive emails from?)

Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!!!

That's usually a problem with the SMTP server... Did you ask your
NetAdmin ??

I think you can do that by adding special headers to the mails but I'm
not sure how you can set it up for Entourage ;-\ Anyway, not all e-mail
client understand the request so this is far from perfect :-\
Yu could start by adding yourself in BCC. That would at least confirm
that the e-mail has been processed by the SMTP server.

You can create a simple rule for these e-mails to have Entourage send
them to the trash or a "spam" folder immediately.
