Help with a formula

I have a spreadsheet in which I want to input a number
from 1 to 22 in cell A1. I also want to input a number
from 1 to 5 in cell D1. I need a formula which will
return a value in cell G1 if BOTH A1 and D1 are TRUE.
There are 110 possible values. (22x5)
I tried a nested IF/AND function, but it only worked for
the first seven values.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

=IF(AND(A1<23,A1>0,D1<6,D1>0),"Yes","No")

I guess my original post was a little vague, but I need
a "specific value" returned in cell G1, not just whether
both conditions are true or not.
As I intoned in my original post, I need a way to
circumvent the "7 nested IF function limit" that exists in
this software.
As before, any help would be greatly appreciated.
