Help with a IF formula

I have one employee that can not exceed 30 hours before going into overtime
hours, so I have set the following "IF formula in the regular hours cell:

=MIN(SUM(B7:C7:D7:E7:F7:G7:H7),30)

however I need that cell to feed to the over time cell if it is more than 30
hours worked. Can someone please help me.
