Help!

One of my designers is having trouble opening attachments in Outlook 2002
that are forwarded from his GroupWise account. He gets a message indicating
the proper form is not available to view the attachment. I've seen this
behaviour before in previous version of Outlook; it was related to having
GroupWise installed on the same workstation which resulted in a corrupted
frmcache.dat file. The solution was easy; simply delete the frmcache file
and new one would be created the next time Outlook started.

I can't find a copy of frmcache.dat on the workstation in question - I guess
it's not used in 2002! Is there another route to solve this problem?
Thanks for any advice.

The user is running Win XP pro, Outlook 2002, and does have the latest
version of GW installed (which is very rarely, if ever, used)

Try searching for hidden or system files in Windows XP. Outlook 2002 does
use the frmcache.dat file but I'm pretty sure it's a hidden file in Windows
XP.
