Help with authentication settings

I had everything working and when I added a certificate groove client to
server authentication stopped working. I was wondering if someone could look
over these settings I have and compare them to yours to see which differ.
They have to do with the authentication in IIS.

- Default Web Site - No Anonymous access, Integrated windows authentication
On, Require SSL
+ GMS - No Anonymous access, Integrated windows authentication On
+ aspnet_client - No Anonymous access, Integrated windows authentication On
+ autoactivate - No Anonymous access, Integrated windows authentication On,
Require SSL
