Help with "Automatic" email replies.

I have a site that I want to put a simple form on one of the pages for
visitors to sign up for a monthly newsletter that will be sent out via
email. Is there a way that once a person fills out the form to sign up for
this that Frontpage "automatically" sends the current newsletter out via a
return email reply?

No. You would need to use a server-side script to process.
