Help with banner ads

I need to create rotating banner ads, frontpage component does display on the
clients machine and I don't knoow what to do.can anyone tell me how to create
rotating banner ads.

The FrontPage banner ad component is a Java applet, which requires
that every PC that views it have the Java Virtual Machine installed
and running.
Most new PCs and new installations of Internet Explorer 6 do not have
a JVM installed, which makes the Banner Ad (and all other Java
applets) render as a grey rectangle.

Search for a JavaScript Rotating Banner script, which should work on
most PCs. and browsers.
