Help with black & white toolbar in Office & Excel

The toolbar in office 2007 & excel are black and white and pixelated, I want
them to be in color as it is supposed to be (even the Microsoft logo). Does
anyone know about this problem or a solution to fix it? Help please, the gray
toolbar is driving me crazy! I'm running Windows XP if this helps... never
had a problem with Office 2003, but since upgrading have dealt with this.
