Help with Calendar Sharing

R

Robert Indiana

I am trying to setup sharing of calendars throughout our network. We use
Small Business Exchange Server 2003, everyone is using Outlook 2003. Here's
the weird thing: We are all on Exchange Server, but some of the users DO NOT
have the Share My Calendar option. Why is this? Can this be corrected?

That is usually the result of using a Pst as the default delivery location
instead of the exchange mailbox. Go to tools, email accounts, view or change
accounts- what is the default delivery location?

Thanks for the suggestion, Diane...only one account is listed in the mail
accounts, and it is the exchange server. I have also tried to restart the
outlook program, which did not work. Any other ideas?

So in the lower left it says "Mailbox - users name" ? If so, I have no idea
what is wrong - oh, unless the exchange extensions are not enabled - tools,
options, other tab, advanced - addins.

Bingo...you're awesome. That did the trick - being sure that the mailbox had
the correct user name. Thank you!
