Help With Categories and Views

Hi everybody,

This is probably a really simple question, but I can't get the
Categories to work with a view. Let me explain:

My goal is to have a default view for Team Leads that shows only their
resources when they enter the Resource Center. I am trying to do this
by adding the Team Leads to a new custom Category that has a new
custom view added to it.

In the Categories options, I have entered the Team Leads Group. Under
Projects and Resources I have selected the "All current and future
users..." option.

I want the Leads to be able to view their RBS descendants, so I check
both of those boxes under Projects and Resources (I have also played
with a combination of all the settings).

When I go into the Resource Center the view appears, but I get the
"There are either no resources to display..." error message.

I know this is likely very simple but I can't seem to figure it out.
As always any help is greatly appreciated!

Give the admin group access to the category. What happens when you log in as
an admin?
Have you set your RBS up correctly?

The Admin account was added to the views. I have also confirmed that
the RBS groups are set-up properly.

So I have the views setup as such:

User is added to the default Team Lead group. Team Lead groups is
added to the new category.

New Category has under Projects: "All current and future projects..."
and "A resource on the project's Project Team is a descendant of the
User via RBS" selected.

Under Resources it has: "All current and future resources..." and
"They are direct descendants of the user via RBS" selected.

I have added the new view i created to the Views - Add to Category
field. The new view is under the resource center and doesn't work. I
am not sure what to do in order to have the Leads select this view in
the Resource Center and have it return all of their resources...

Not sure where Jack went but all help is appreciated!
