Help with chossing the correct daattype

What data type would be appropriate for holding % values. I need to store
something to likes of, for example:
4%
8%
 
V

Van T. Dinh

Numeric type of size Single or Double.

The percentage is simply formatting, e.g. 0.2 = 20%.
