help with conditional formating

Hello all

I really really need help here, I dont know what wrong with this
expression...it is the first time I am using conditional formating....

I have a form in datasheet view. In one of the field I am putting this
conditional formating, under Expresion Is:
IF(Len((Forms![Subform-Comments]![Comments])>0))

The "Subform-Comments" its a subform of the form where I am trying to
apply to CF.

Can somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong???

maybe there is another way around???

Ok I got it...its working but when I close the form and open it again
the CF is GONE, I have to click on the + sign in the datasheet view
form, expand the record and then I got my CF back to the datasheet
record...

How do I make the CF to show even after I close and re-open the form?
