Help with contact's Birthday and Calendar

Hello,
Do you know if it is possible for outlook to display
birthday date from contact information into Calendar, so
it will promt that on this date there is a birthday (or
anniversary date) for this contact?

If you have the contacts birthday listing on the details tab of the contact
item, it automatically displays on the default calendar. What are you not
seeing? Do your contacts with birthdays listed on the details tab not
display?
