In my table I have notice some of the records of data have
these little blocks in them and some symbols. I was
wondering if anyone can help with this. Here is my design.
I have one database with just the tables then I have the
forms in other db files where the tables are linked. This
is for a testing center where I work. Students come in
and sign on into the sign in form. Then they walk into
are office. There is a proctor form for us that has the
information that the student entered and more feilds for
us to enter additional data. This is where I see the
problem happening. Or better yet the only logical place
that I could see it happening. I think the database
becomes corrupted becuase more then one proctor is using
the same record. I have tried to turn on the default
record locking but didnt help. We have another site where
everything is the same except that there is only one
proctor station. At that site I have never seen a
corrupted record in the table. Any help or ideas would
be great.
