Help with creating a form...

I have ALOT of entries to have someone to select from, and I would like to
present this as a dropdown. How can I add all of the data at one time? The
form wizard makes adding a lot of data very easy (cut and paste from excel
or what ever the whole batch of selections.), by, I can not see how to add a
dropdown. Then modifing the form, you can add a dropdown, but you have to
add each entry one at a time.

Is there some easier way? Can I have this list populated from a data file on
the website? If so, where can I find some sample code to populate the drop
down?

One way to do this would be to create the code in excel or word and then
paste it directly into the code on the page. I had a similar problem this
month and this worked great. it does however still require a lot of manual
entry.
