Help with Delegate issues

I am looking for someone that would set an account on an exchange 2003
server to test some delegation issues with my school districts setup.
The problem that we are having is getting to work. I am able to
connect to the server send and receve mail. But unable to add a
delegate. Our it people said they have done the updates But all Mac
users still get the following error when trying to add a delegate:

Entourage cannot connect to the Exchange server.
Make sure that your password was entered correctly and try again
(Error:65486)

I just want to make sure the config on my Teacher Macs is correct. I
have tried this both behind the Diswtricts Firewall and from my house
using my comcast account. Same error; same issues.

I have tried everthing suggested by the very kind members of this news
group.

Did you ever have success with adding a delegate in Entourage 2004 with your
Exchange 2003 server?
