Help with double text string search count

In the following spreadsheet I'm trying to figure out how to determine
the formula for the tab "Agent Productivity" column "c" that returns
the count of the number of occurrences of the value of the
corresponding "A" column AND (this may be a bit difficult as it's an
operand) the text value "/" in cell range List_Agent (tab 2011). I
thought this was a combination of countif and isnumber function but
apparently not. Can anyone help please.
