Help with envelops

Thanks all in advance for your help.

I have an app that has a #10 envelop. Everything is fine until I move it to
a system with a different printer. At that point the envelop switches to
8.5 x 11. Is there anyway I can get it to stay as an envelop no matter
where I send the app?
