Help with error 'cannot start microsoft outlook'

About every 30-60 sec I get this error message popping up. 'cannot start
microsoft outlook' I do not use Outlook at all and don't intend to now. I
was trying to sync a pocket pc that was searching for Outlook. HELP!

PocketPCs require Outlook in order to sync. Did you install ActiveSync on
your PC? Is so, try uninstalling it and see if the problem persists.

Thanks Hal for your suggestion. However, it is still doing it. Any other
thoughts? I've had 3 IT guys here and no one can solve it yet. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling Office, too. No luck.
