Sorry to post this message here. I do not know what happened to the replica
link?
I have a replica in Access 97. We have been synchronizing without any
problems for years. Last week we had one user shot down unexpectedly and we
started getting the following message every time some one tries to synch:
"Synchronization between replica 'E:\STC_be.mdb' and replica
'\\rslinux\generic\STCM_be.mdb' failed.
Reserved error (!); there is no message for this error."
however, I found out that the synchronization was successful, in spite of
the error message. I have repaired and compacted the databases and when that
did not work, I tooke one of the replica that I thought to be ok and updated
and recovered a design master form it and then created replicas from the new
design master. I still got the message. any idea what is going on? coule the
network drive has anything to do with this?
thanks
