OK....This will be long winded. I apologize in advance. I have tried t
come up with a better solution but have yet to do so. Hopefully, ther
is a guru out there than can help me.

Here is what I am currently doing:

I run a website ('About Us' (http://www.kartwins.com)) publishe
through Microsoft Publisher. I enter and store data through that websit
using Microsoft Excel. Basically, everything I do is through Excel.
only use publisher to get it online. A copy and paste scenario fro
Excel to Publisher and then Publisher through FTP transfer.

I have run into several tedious, time consuming issues that I am sur
my lack of knowledge is contributing too.

The first...

Is there a way I can "lock" an image file into a particular cell. Wha
happens now, I insert a picture, get the Excel document to view the wa
I want it to look (in Excel). Then copy the file to Publisher or Wor
and the image relocates to a different area throwing the origina
document all out of proportion.

The second....

Is there a way I can sync data from Excel to my website direct? I us
an FTP file transfer but can really seem to utitlize the publish optio
in Excel. It may require another transfer method other then FTP. If i
does, I have no idea what that method is or how to use it.

The third....

I would like to be able to have users go in and enter information we
based and then that info connect with my Master Excel Document which
can then edit or make changes too once the authenticity of their chang
has been verified. I have heard this can be done through Access but
have little to no knowledge of that program.

SO....there it is. My problems. Hopefully someone here can help. I
not, maybe you can point me in the right direction to receive help
Thanks in advance

No, you can't - at least not without jumping thru some major VBA hoops. I
asked that same question in a private newsgroup a few months ago. What I did
learn how to do was to insert a picture in a comment block. You can set that
to show and it should remain where you put it.

I can't help you with the website aspect tho. I used FrontPage and
Expression Web and never did anything that intense. Sorry.
