Help with filtering read/not read/recieved/delete receipts

I need to filter out read, not read, recieved and delete receipts
from
the inbox of a person in my organization. The person has calendar
delegates that have these tracking options selected by default, and
when they send meeting invites on his behalf, he gets a flood of read
(etc.) reciepts.

I was thinking of trying to filter by message class (I see all of
these fall into the "report.ipm.note" class), but can't figure out
how
to do it. Any suggestions for the best solution to this problem, or
instructions on how to filter by message class would be appreciated!!

If I understand correctly, you want to just filter out the delivery and read
receipts from the inbox. If this is the case you could do a rule based on
something like this

Run rule for messages received - move email to folder or deleted it - based
on the following criteria - Subject has "Delivered" from "System
Administrator (check to confirm this is what your system indicates they
messages are from. Then do the same for the Read receipts. Same setup but
change Delivered to Read for the subject line.

Hopefully this provide you an easy solution.

Thanks! Good suggestion. That will work for the delivery reciepts, but
not the read receipts because read receipts come from the addressee,
not the system administrator.

The same may work for the read receipts - Just use the parameter of Read
Receipt in the subject field and nothing for who sent it. Of course, if any
one send you a direct email with the same subject line it would filter those
as well but I would not forsee someone sending an email that subject line.
Do some test and see if works for you.l
