Help With Formatting Cells - Is This Possible Anyone..?

id like to be able to include the contents of a cell within another on
the same row which contains a lengthy description of the first...

ie

TITLE APPLE

DESCRIPTION THE <insert contents of other cell to produce
"apple"> IS A TASTY FRUIT THAT GROWS ON TREES


does anyone know what i mean? - basically i have a spreadsheet that has
a large amount of text, but the only difference between the text from
one row to another is the TITLE value.. it would be a lot easier if i
could just write some sort of formula to create this description
automatically rather than have to go in and manually alter every
one..!
