Help with formula

With the following information on one sheet
part number price date comments
123 1.00 1/25/01 purchase history
123 2.50 6/25/03
123 1.95 3/25/03
123 2.89 7/01/03

And the following information on another

part number price date comments
123

How do i write a formula that will take the information
in the second row and instert it into the blank cells on
the other sheet.

sometimes all the information I have is:
part number price date comments
123 1.00 1/25/01 purchase history

so I can't say ignore the row with purchase history in
the comments.
