Help with formula

This formula works fine as long as there is a match in the "Customer
Record"
=IF(A3="","",INDEX('Customer Record'!B:B,MATCH(A3,'Customer Record'!
A:A,0),1))
But... is there a way to modify it to allow me to enter my own value
in Column B if there is no match.
Thanks in advance!!
