Help with Group Calendar Needed...

Hello

we are running exchange 2000 and Outlook 2002 clients...

i would like 50 or so users to be able to access 1 Users (test) calendar at
the same time..

i have setup the everyone group as a delegate of the test user so they can
all see the calander..

but i would the users to be able to access thsi calander at the same time as
there own mail..
so either i would like to have an icon on the all the users outlook bar or
folder list as a direct link to this test users calander
or maybe be able to have 2 outlooks open simutaeniously using different
profiles...

any ideas would be great thanks ?
