help with Groups

using 2003. I have received a project that has been grouped in
various ways. One of the groups is Vendor.
When I select that and filter by the appropriate vendor, I get an
extra row (colored) that has the name of the vendor with a phone
number. I need to edit that but I can't seem to find how to do
that.

Please don't cross-post. First of all this is not a developer question
and posting to multiple groups can basically waste our time when two
people respond and neither is aware that there are two identical posts.

I already addressed this question in the main newsgroup.
