I am using XP Pro, Access 2002. I am trying to link a Fox
Pro database file with the file extension of .AVL.
This .AVL file is used by another program, so we need to
keep the extension. This all worked fine when we were
using access '97, but the Fox Pro on the Access 2002 does
not seem to be able to read the file. I can open up and
edit the .AVL file using Excel. Is their anyway to link
this file as a table in Access 2002? When I run the
wizard I can not select the proper file type since the
extension is .AVL. Ant help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
James K.
