Hi =?Utf-8?B?S2F0aHk=?=,
I am trying to create a much used form wherein I can insert names, etc. in
different places in the form, with a keystroke, and cannot find anywhere in Help
how to do this.I'm not quite sure what it is you want to do, since there are a number of
different kinds of Forms Word supports. You also don't mention which version of
Word you use.

Are you trying to work with the FORMS toolbar? Have you read the tutorial at www.
mousetrax.com?

If that's not what you're looking for, could you elaborate a bit more on what you
need?

I want to open an often used document and be able to tab (or use a keystroke to go to a spot in document) to a place in the document and type in a person's name, the date, the county, etc. and continue to use the same form over and over with different names, dates, etc. I have Windows XP 2002. Word 2003.

The easiest way to do this is to use a template with a UserForm. See
